Mission & Vision

The mission of Centreville Immigration Forum (CIF) is to implement sustainable programs that provide immigrants in need with the means to improve their lives and become more integrated into the community, improve communication and cooperation among all groups serving immigrants, and build community recognition of our strength in diversity.

CIF’s vision is a community that accepts and provides opportunity for all immigrants

Model

CIF’s community organizing model centers members in leadership at every level, including our Board of Directors.

Across all of our programs, we prioritize member leadership and decision-making, building community power while supporting the stability and self-sufficiency of low-income immigrants and residents seeking work as day laborers.

Through this approach, CIF organizes, strengthens community, and builds partnerships to advocate for and advance systemic change.
