Community Organizer (Full-Time)

We are looking for a passionate, engaged, and motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) community organizer to join our team as a full time staff. The community organizer is responsible for working with the community to improve programmatic outcomes, understand the needs and impact to build an empowered base, and train leaders to advance systemic change. The organizer works with the advocacy coordinator to identify needs of the community to advance systems change work. Supports the operation of the labor center alongside the labor center administrator on daily operations, membership and renewals and to coordinate training opportunities.  Full Position Description

Labor Center Administrator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic Labor Center Administrator to join our team as part time staff. The Bilingual (Spanish/English) part-time administrator plays a key role in the reception and customer service of the Centreville Labor Center and the data administration of daily offerings. This position requires bilingual (Spanish/English) written and spoken skills  to effectively communicate in both Spanish and English, to provide exceptional service to all visitors, employers, members, volunteers, collaborators, and colleagues.  This position works closely with a small team of additional front desk assistants, program staff, and organizational management. Front Desk Support (on-call/subs)

We are always hiring Front Desk subs, view the CLRC Sub Position, this is typically an on-call job where you would be responsible for running the Labor Center during its hours of operation. We have open rolling applications. We review all applications as they come in and reach out to qualified individuals.
