I have read and understand the Volunteer Guidelines, Pledge of Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest Statement, and Release of Liability, and agree to abide by them. I understand that false statements or omissions, or failure to adhere to these conditions shall be ground for dismissal from the Centreville Immigration Forum Volunteer Program. I also give permission to run a background check for security and photo and video consent for marketing and other material used internally.
